Գյուղի այս հատվածը գողտրիկ է՝ հարուստ շքեղ բնությամբ և էնդեմիկ բուսատեսակներով։ Հողատարածքի երկու կողմերից երևում են Հատիս սարը և Մասիս սարից մի հատված (տես նկարներում) ։ Հողատարածքը մոտ է բնակելի տներին, բայց անմիջապես հարակից բնակիչներ չկան։ Շատ կից գտնվում է մի մաքուր և սառնորակ ջրի աղբյուր, որը Ակունքի այցեքարտերից է։

The land for sale is situated in "jrayin" area in Akunk village. The soil is high-quality and has been resting for almost five years, which assumes a fully restored condition of nutrients in it. Irrigation water is available in the area.

This part of the village is famous for its abundant fresh water sources and gorgeous nature. You can find so many species of endemic plants around it and experience the whole beauty of nature. From the land, you can clearly see Mount Hatis, and the peak of Mount Ararat is visible right opposite that. Nearby, there is a cool, freshwater source situated that is accessible to everyone and provides high-quality drinking water, bringing so many people to Akunk. There are no houses adjacent, but a big neighbourhood is right next to it, and it's only a five-minute walk to the centre of the village and shops.
