I'm trying to register but I don't receive the verification email. What should I do?

The verification email is sent from system@senyak.am. Please check your inbox and also your Spam/Junk folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address during registration. If you still don't receive the email, try registering again with the correct address.

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

On the login page click "Forgot password". Enter the email address you used during registration and click Send. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Open the link and set a new password. Direct link: Forgot Password

How do I post a listing on the site?

Register on the site and then you can post an unlimited number of listings for free. You manage your listings yourself and your phone number is shown in the listing. We do not act as intermediaries. Posting rules

How do I edit my listing (change price, address or details)?

Log in to your account and open "My Listings" from the menu. Next to your listing click the "Edit" button and make the necessary changes.

How do I delete my listing?

Log in to your account, open "My Listings" and click the "Remove" button next to the listing.

Is posting a listing free? How many listings can I post?

Yes, posting listings on the site is completely free. You can post an unlimited number of listings.

How do I get the "Verified Owner" badge?

Why is my account shown as "Agent" instead of "Individual"?

The site has an automatic check. If the number of your listings exceeds a certain limit, the account type is automatically changed to "Agent". If the property belongs to you, send ownership documents to info@senyak.am and we will correct the account type.

How do I change the phone number in my account or listings?

Log in to your account and open the "Settings" page. Click the "Change" button next to your phone number. Enter the new number and you will receive an SMS with a verification code. After entering the code the phone number will be updated.

How often can I refresh my listings?

You can refresh your listings once every 3 days. Within one day you can refresh up to 10 listings per deal type (Sale, Rent, Daily Rent).
